How do I find my iPhone model?

What are your shipping and return policies?
Free tracked standard shipping is available to supported U.S. addresses. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved returns must be sent to Shenzhen, China; the complete return address is provided after approval. Customers pay international return postage for change-of-mind returns.
