Currency and charges

Store prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not charged by Vyrloom.

Payment security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout and authorized payment providers. Vyrloom does not store your complete card number or payment credentials.

Payment issues

If a payment is declined, confirm that your billing information is correct or contact your bank or card issuer. You may also try another payment method shown at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Review our Refund Policy for details.
